This six week series is perfect for beginners to learn yoga and a chance for experienced practitioners to dive deeper into their practice. Yoga is easily adaptable for all abilities and body types. One guiding principle for a yoga practice is described as ‘effortless effort’, meaning the individual moves mindfully through a sequence of asanas, pranayamas, and meditation according to their own ability and comfort. Instruction will be given for proper positioning, breath technique, and guided meditation in a safe and nurturing environment.
