Kitchen Improvement Fund
We are fortunate that our Center space includes a large kitchen with room for potlucks and other functions. But in order for us to make an even bigger impact on our community, we want to be able to hold life skills classes, including cooking classes, in this space. We have had to remove the antique gas range that we inherited to make room for safer and easier modern ranges. We will need to upgrade to a larger capacity refrigerator, as well as purchasing work stations and multiple sets of kitchen equipment to make classes possible.
